Беморларда вазомотор ринит кечишининг тиббий-ижтимоий жиҳатларини қиёсий тахлили

Жаҳон соғлиқни сақлаш ташкилотининг маълумотига кўра, олиб борилаётган тадқиқотлар шуни кўрсатадики, ўтказилган чора-тадбирларга қарамасдан вазомотор ринит кенг тарқалган касалликлардан бири бўлиб, охирги йилларда кун сайин ошиб бормоқда. Ер юзида «...вазомотор ринит билан ҳар учинчи киши оғриган бўлиб, ушбу касалликнинг охирги ўн йил ичида улуши ошиб бормоқда...». Кўплаб муаллифларнинг маълумотларига кўра, бурун чиғаноқларининг дезинтеграцияси вазомотор ринит учун энг кенг тарқалган жарроҳлик усули ҳисобланади. У механик, лазер нури, ультратовуш ёрдамида амалга оширилади. Вазомотор ринит билан оғриган беморларни даволашда мазкур технологияларни қўллаш етарли даражада самарали эмас, такрорий жарроҳлик аралашувини талаб қилувчи касалликнинг асоратлари ва қайталаниши қайд этилган. Шунинг учун вазомотор ринит билан оғриган беморларни даволашнинг жарроҳлик усули самарадорлигини ошириш бўйича тадқиқотлар оториноларингологияда ҳанузгача долзарб бўлиб қолмоқда.
