Этиопатогенетические аспекты предраковых заболеваний гортани

Предраковые изменения можно обнаружить только под микроскопом, при высоком риске инфильтративного роста выявляют множественные очаги атипичного роста незрелого эпителия. Это приводит к увеличению количества низкозлокачественных опухолей гортани (ЛДТ), заболеваемости и смертности. Актуальна также проблема ранней диагностики и дифференциации предраковых, воспалительных и опухолевых заболеваний.
